Training, Enablement & Knowledge

Transferring capability rather than renting it: workshops, training and documentation so your team can do the work after the engagement ends.

Aperçu

Agencies have an incentive to keep knowledge on their side of the relationship. We would rather be retained because the work is good than because nobody else can operate what we built, which means documentation and training are part of delivery rather than an optional extra at the end.

The training here is built on your own material and your own situations. Generic courses teach a framework people forget; a session working through your actual account, your actual data and your actual constraints changes what happens the following week.

À qui cela s'adresse

Questions

Questions fréquentes sur Training, Enablement & Knowledge

Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.

Is this a generic course?

No. Sessions are built around your own accounts, data and problems. Generic training produces agreement in the room and no change afterwards.

How long does knowledge transfer take?

It depends what is being transferred, but plan for it to run alongside the work rather than as a final week. Handover compressed into the end of a project is the version that does not stick.

Will you document things properly?

Yes, and we would treat a request for documentation as normal rather than as a change of scope. Anything we build should be operable by someone who was not there when it was built.
