Content SEO

Content planned around what people search and what they need next: clustered by topic, written to answer completely, and kept current instead of accumulating.

Aperçu

Content SEO is often treated as producing articles against a keyword list. That produces sites with two hundred thin pages, each targeting a slight variation of the same query, competing with each other and ranking for none of it.

The better unit is the topic. Cover a subject thoroughly across a small set of connected pages, link them properly, and you build the depth search engines reward. It also means fewer pages to keep accurate, which matters more than people expect two years in.

À qui cela s'adresse

  • Companies publishing regularly without organic traffic to show for it
  • Sites with a large back catalogue of ageing and overlapping articles
  • Businesses whose product pages rank but whose research-stage content does not exist
Ce qui est inclus

Notre approche de Content SEO

Les travaux précis que couvre une mission type. Le périmètre est convenu d'avance : rien ici ne réapparaîtra plus tard comme une ligne surprise.

  • Intent-based keyword research

Queries grouped by what the searcher is trying to do, because a comparison query and a how-to query need entirely different pages.

  • Topic cluster planning

A pillar page with supporting articles, interlinked deliberately. Depth on a subject beats breadth across many.

  • Cannibalisation audit

Finding pages competing with each other for the same query and consolidating them. Merging usually beats keeping both.

  • Content briefs

Briefs specifying the questions to answer and the depth required, so writers produce something better than what already ranks rather than something equivalent.

  • Refresh programme

Updating existing pages that have slipped. Consistently a better return than writing new ones, and consistently the last thing anyone does.

  • Expertise and sourcing

Real authorship, citations and first-hand detail, which is what separates content that holds its rankings from content that does not.

Déroulement

Du premier échange au résultat mesuré

Toujours la même séquence, pour que vous sachiez ce qui vient ensuite.

  1. Audit

Review existing content for performance, overlap and decay. Most sites find a meaningful share should be merged or removed.

  2. Plan clusters

Map the topics worth owning and the pages each needs, sequenced by opportunity against difficulty.

  3. Produce

Write to brief with subject matter input, whether from your team or ours. Depth is the differentiator.

  4. Refresh

A standing cycle of updating and consolidating, so the library stays an asset instead of becoming a liability.

Pourquoi cela vaut la peine

Des résultats, pas des livrables

Un empilement de documents n'est pas un progrès. Voici les changements que le travail doit produire.

  • Fewer pages, more traffic

Consolidating overlapping articles routinely raises traffic while reducing the number of pages to maintain.

  • Coverage before the shortlist

Research-stage content puts you in front of buyers months before they reach a comparison page.

  • Rankings that hold

Genuine expertise and sourcing survive the updates that flatten generic content.

  • A library that stays current

A refresh cycle keeps old pages earning instead of quietly decaying.

Questions

Questions fréquentes sur Content SEO

Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.

How often should we publish?

Less often than most content calendars assume. One thorough page a fortnight, properly linked and later refreshed, outperforms three shallow ones a week. Publishing cadence is an input people can control, which is why it gets mistaken for a strategy.

Should we delete old content?

Merge before deleting. Two overlapping articles usually become one better page with a redirect. Straight deletion is right for pages that are genuinely obsolete and have no useful links pointing at them.

Can we use AI to write it?

For drafting and structure, usefully. For the finished page, only with real editing and genuine first-hand input, because what ranks is the part a model cannot produce: your data, your cases, your specific experience. Unedited output competes with an unlimited supply of identical material.

Who writes it, us or you?

Either. Where the subject needs deep domain knowledge, your experts plus our briefs and editing usually produces the best result. Where it is more general, we write it and you review.
