Creator Campaign Management
Running a multi-creator campaign end to end: briefing, contracting, approvals, publishing and reporting, without the coordination consuming a whole team.
Aperçu
A campaign with fifteen creators is fifteen contracts, fifteen briefing conversations, fifteen approval cycles and fifteen sets of chasing. It is an operations job, and it is why influencer programmes tend to stay small: the coordination cost grows faster than the results.
The other reason they stay small is briefs. Prescriptive briefs produce posts that read as advertising and perform accordingly. Loose briefs produce work that misses the point. The useful brief specifies what must be true and leaves the creator's own judgement intact.
À qui cela s'adresse
- Brands running campaigns with more creators than one person can track
- Companies whose influencer posts read like they were written by the brand
- Teams losing days to chasing deliverables and approvals
Notre approche de Creator Campaign Management
Les travaux précis que couvre une mission type. Le périmètre est convenu d'avance : rien ici ne réapparaîtra plus tard comme une ligne surprise.
Briefing
What has to be said, what must not be said, and everything else left to the creator. The constraints list is short and specific.
Contracting
Deliverables, timing, exclusivity, disclosure and usage rights in writing. Usage rights are the clause that costs money when omitted.
Approval workflow
A defined review window with a limit on rounds, so approval does not become the bottleneck that pushes a campaign past its moment.
Publishing coordination
Scheduling across creators so posting is sequenced rather than everything landing on one day.
Payment administration
Invoicing, terms and prompt payment across jurisdictions. Slow payment is the fastest way to lose access to good creators.
Consolidated reporting
Performance by creator against agreed measures, so the next wave books the ones who actually delivered.
Du premier échange au résultat mesuré
Toujours la même séquence, pour que vous sachiez ce qui vient ensuite.
Contract
Agree deliverables, dates, rights and disclosure with every creator before any work starts.
Brief
A conversation rather than a document drop, so the creator can say where the brief will not work for their audience.
Review and publish
Run approvals inside the agreed window and coordinate the posting schedule.
Report and settle
Collect performance, pay promptly, and record who to rebook.
Des résultats, pas des livrables
Un empilement de documents n'est pas un progrès. Voici les changements que le travail doit produire.
Campaigns that can scale
Handling the operations is what lets a programme run fifteen creators instead of three.
Content that sounds like the creator
Constraint-based briefs consistently outperform scripts, because audiences notice when a voice changes.
Rights you actually hold
Usage agreed in the original contract avoids paying twice for the post you want to run as an advert.
Creators who work with you again
Clear briefs and fast payment are what earn access to good creators in a small market.
Questions fréquentes sur Creator Campaign Management
Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.
How prescriptive should an influencer brief be?
Specify the non-negotiables — the claim, the disclosure, the things that must not be said — and leave everything else. Creators know their audience better than you do, and scripted posts are visible as scripted, which is precisely what removes the credibility you paid for.
Can we use the content in our own advertising?
Only if the contract says so. Usage rights for paid amplification are negotiated separately and cost more, and asking after a post performs well is an expensive conversation. Agree it at contracting even if you are unsure you will use it.
How many approval rounds should we allow?
One, with a defined turnaround. More than that and you are editing the creator into your own voice, which defeats the purpose and irritates people you will want to work with again.
What if a creator misses their deadline?
The contract should say what happens, including reduced or withheld payment. In practice most missed deadlines come from unclear briefs or slow approvals on the brand side, which is worth checking before enforcing anything.
