Automation & AI
Marketing technology and automation
Aperçu
Automating a bad process produces a faster bad process, permanently, including the steps that exist because of a decision made years ago by someone who has left. The mapping stage routinely removes more work than the automation does.
The same applies to software. Most marketing stacks have accumulated overlapping tools, several partial customer records and an integration map nobody can draw. The recommendation is usually to own fewer things and connect them properly.
À qui cela s'adresse
- Companies with workflows nobody can safely turn off
- Teams whose staff move data between systems by hand
- Businesses with a growing software bill and no map of what it buys
Ce que nous couvrons dans Automation & AI
Chaque entrée détaille le périmètre, les livrables habituels et le déroulement.
Marketing Automation
Automated programmes built on a process that already works: triggered by behaviour, tested against a holdout, and small enough that someone still understands it in a year.
CRM Automation
Removing the administration from your sales process: records that update themselves, routing that works, and reporting that does not depend on people remembering to log things.
AI Marketing Tools
Choosing, testing and embedding AI tools in a marketing team's real work, with the ones that fail your material discarded before anyone signs an annual contract.
Workflow Automation
Removing the manual steps between systems: the copying, the chasing and the re-keying, automated once the underlying process is worth keeping.
Lead Nurturing
Staying useful to the majority of enquiries who are interested but not ready, without becoming the company that emails every week regardless.
Campaign Automation
Running recurring campaigns without rebuilding them each time: templates, triggers and quality checks that make the tenth send as reliable as the first.
MarTech Stack
Auditing what you own, cancelling what overlaps, and designing a set of tools that actually connect. The finding is usually fewer tools, better joined.
Questions fréquentes sur Automation & AI
Ce qu'on nous demande avant de nous contacter. Si votre question n'y est pas, posez-la nous directement.
How do we know automation is adding anything?
Hold back a random share of the audience from each programme and compare. Without a holdout you are measuring what people who were going to convert did next, which is not the same thing.
Should we buy another tool to fix our integration problem?
Almost certainly not. Adding a system to a fragmented stack reliably makes the fragmentation worse. An audit usually finds you already own the capability twice.
Which AI tools should our marketing team use?
It depends entirely on where your hours go, which is why the task analysis comes first. We would rather test three against your own material than recommend from a category.
