Influencer Events

Events built for creators to make content at: trips, launches and experiences designed around what will actually be filmed, with the logistics handled.

Panoramica

An influencer event is a content production exercise disguised as hospitality. Everything about it should be designed backwards from what a creator will film: the moments, the backdrops, the light, the space to shoot without twenty people in frame.

Events that are designed as ordinary launches with creators invited produce very little. The guests spend the evening being talked at, there is nowhere good to film, and the coverage is a story about a room.

A chi è rivolto

  • Brands with a launch that benefits from being experienced
  • Companies whose creator events produced little coverage
  • Businesses wanting a concentrated burst of content in a short window
Cosa è compreso

Il nostro approccio a Influencer Events

Le attività concrete che comprende un incarico tipo. Il perimetro si concorda prima: nulla di quanto elencato ricompare più avanti come voce a sorpresa.

  • Content-first design

Planned around filmable moments, backdrops and lighting, with quiet space to shoot. This is the difference between coverage and canapés.

  • Guest curation

Inviting for fit and for likelihood of posting rather than for reach, and keeping numbers low enough that people can actually film.

  • Logistics

Venue, travel, accommodation, catering and accessibility, handled so guests arrive relaxed rather than harassed.

  • Programme design

Enough structure to give the day a shape and enough space that it does not feel like a schedule. Over-programmed events produce nothing.

  • Disclosure and expectations

Clear about whether attendance is a paid arrangement and what disclosure is required. Ambiguity here is a compliance risk for both sides.

  • Coverage capture

Own photography and video alongside creator content, so the event supplies your channels too.

Come procede

Dal primo contatto al risultato misurato

Sempre la stessa sequenza, così sapete cosa viene dopo.

  1. Design

Concept and format built from what should end up on camera, and what the event is meant to communicate.

  2. Invite

Curated invitations with clear terms, expectations and disclosure requirements.

  3. Run

Deliver the event with on-site support, including someone whose job is helping creators get what they need.

  4. Follow through

Assets and information sent promptly afterwards, coverage tracked, relationships continued.

Perché conviene

Risultati, non pile di documenti

Un cumulo di deliverable non è progresso. Questi sono i cambiamenti che il lavoro deve produrre.

  • A concentrated burst of content

A well-designed day produces weeks of material across many accounts at once.

  • Relationships that outlast the event

Meeting people in person is what turns a booking into a working relationship.

  • Content you own as well

Own capture means the event feeds your channels, not only the guests'.

  • Coverage rather than attendance

Designing for filming is the single change that separates events that produce posts from events that produce photographs of a room.

Domande

Domande frequenti su Influencer Events

Quello che ci chiedono prima di contattarci. Se la vostra domanda non c'è, fatecela direttamente.

How many creators should we invite?

Fewer than instinct suggests. A crowded room is a bad place to film, and everyone ends up with the same shots of each other. Small and well-curated consistently outperforms large.

Should we pay creators to attend?

For a significant time commitment such as travel, yes, and that makes it a paid arrangement requiring disclosure. For a local evening event, an invitation is usually enough. Be explicit either way rather than leaving it ambiguous.

Can we require attendees to post?

Only if it is contracted and paid, and then it must be disclosed. Requiring posts from unpaid guests is both unenforceable and a good way to be talked about unfavourably.

What makes creator events fail?

Nowhere good to film, too many people, and too much programming. In that order. Long presentations are the most reliable way to guarantee an event produces nothing.
