What the job is like
You will own something end to end rather than being handed tickets. That means talking to clients directly, writing decisions down, and being trusted to say when a plan is wrong.
What we look for
Depth in something, and the judgement to know when the interesting solution is the wrong one. We would rather hire one person who has shipped and maintained a thing than three who have only started them.
